Eiland Coffee at Canyon Creek is a chill place to come and study at. We came in the evening and the place was almost empty, but there was a quiet ambience filled with chatter we appreciated. We ordered a variety of pastries and drinks were happy to say that we enjoyed them all! The cinnamon roll was very fluffy and sweet, but definitely a fork and knife affair. It was so rich that I probably couldn’t finish one by myself, but I enjoyed sharing it with my friends. The pan au chocolat was great! Incredibly flaky crust with a decadent chocolate center. The peach smoothie was very refreshing, very fresh tasting and good peach presence. The matcha latte was great, not overwhelmingly sweet and still upheld the matcha flavor. Neither the mocha or the espresso lemonade were great, but that could be up to personal preference. Overall, the drinks here are good, but nothing to write home about. That being said, the ambience is amazing and I loved both their indoor and outdoor seating.

The cappuccino with macadamia nut milk was delicious! Nice, smooth flavor and reasonably priced. There is a nice covered patio that has heaters and fans for whatever the day may bring. The patio is pet friendly.

The location has an enclosed heated outdoor seating area that is pet-friendly. The coffee is on par with other handcrafted coffee shops. The pastries are above average.

The coffee is phenomenal. If you're a coffee connoisseur/afficionado, then come here and try the coffee beverages. I absolutely love the mocha. I bought the beans from there for home and was not disappointed. Such bold, rich, and beautiful flavors that awaken the senses.

Started coming here when they first opened up. The whole team is awesome. the coffee and the matcha is always consistent and good. It gets packed in the morning but thats expected with any good coffee shop. If you want somewhere to work remove this place isn't bad either, seats do get uncomfortable after a while though.

I am not much of a coffee drinker but their macchiatos are delicious! Amazing, cozy and quaint, atmosphere. I love their patio. They also have their take on an Italian soda: the Eiland Soda! I haven’t found any place to offer Italian soda outside of WA state. The employees are friendly as well! (Lilly, Avery, and Damaris ) The coffee house is in a lovely plaza with so many other neat restaurants! The design and architect of this plaza is great. It was my first time visiting Eiland coffee, and I’ll be back!
